NH Models · Europe & United States

The women were always the product.
Almost never the owner.

Sixty-five years of modeling, influence and creator platforms, and the moment all three became one business. This is that story, and what our company does about it.

Start in 1960

1960

A vintage Playboy magazine coverch-1960.jpgMagazine cover: the face was the product

Beauty was an asset. It just wasn't hers.

A woman's standard of living was decided by the man she married. She could be admired, photographed, put on the cover of a magazine, and still not own a single dollar of the money it made. The face was the product. Someone else owned it.

1968

Women marching behind a Women's Liberation bannerch-1968.jpgSexual revolution, street scene of the era

Society opens up.

The sexual revolution changes what a woman is allowed to do in public. Being looked at stops being shameful. For the first time, beauty in public is something you can build on, not something you have to apologize for.

1975

A row of models lined up beside a man in a suitch-1975.jpgAgency era: the models and the man who books them

The agency is invented.

Modeling becomes a real industry with real money in it. It also becomes an industry where the agency writes the contract, and the agency keeps the better half of it. The dream job arrives, and the bad deal arrives with it.

1990

Marilyn Monroe posing on a beachch-1990.jpgThe face everyone knew, the money someone else made

A few get rich. The rest work for free.

Five women become world famous and everybody assumes that is the normal result. All the others work for free to build a portfolio, pay for their own test shoots, and wait for a call that usually never comes. And the public makes up its mind about them: a model is a body, not a brain.

2005

A long line of models walking a runway one behind the otherch-2005.jpgOversupply: an endless line of models

Supply explodes. The money doesn't.

The internet turns every city into a casting call. Thousands of new girls every year, and the same number of jobs as before. Pay stops rising, then starts falling. Being a working model now means being broke with a beautiful portfolio.

2016

A man standing in front of an early OnlyFans banner at an industry eventch-2016.jpgOnlyFans launch era

OnlyFans launches.

For the first time a woman can earn money without an agent, a client, a casting director or anyone's permission. Nobody above her decides whether she gets paid this month. The money is real immediately. The reputation is not.

2020

Two of the highest earning creators of the era, photographed on their phonesch-2020.jpgCreator boom: the first big earners

Real money. Zero respect.

The creator economy explodes. Women earn more in one month than five years of castings ever paid them, and are treated like they did something shameful. It is the first honest income this industry has ever produced, and the price for it is being judged by everyone.

2021

Champagne bottles with sparklers held up in a dark clubch-2021.jpgAgency wild west: bottles and no substance

Everyone becomes a manager.

Agencies appear overnight: a laptop, a group chat and a job title. No experience, no system, nobody responsible for anything, and contracts nobody should ever sign. There are no rules, almost no professionals, and in some places people who simply use the girls. The money is good enough that women sign anyway.

2023

Three golf influencers photographed for their social media accountsch-2023.jpgConvergence: influencer, model, creator

The lines disappear.

Influencers post sexier content because the algorithm pays for it. Models lose bookings because brands would rather pay someone who brings an audience. Creators start getting the brand deals that used to go to agencies. Three separate industries, one audience, same fight.

2024

A production team shooting a group of models in a professional studioch-2024.jpgShakeout: professional team at work

The amateurs disappear.

The amateurs run out of money. Companies that never understood marketing or basic numbers quietly go broke. What is left is a real business, with real people, real systems and real money behind it.

Now

A professional fighter shown both in the cage and in her own social media contentch-now.jpgToday: the crossover is normal

It's normal now. Almost.

Sophie Rain went from OnlyFans to walking the runway at Miami and New York Swim Week. Anna Malygon goes to Paris Fashion Week. Paige VanZant fought in the UFC for seven years, moved to bare-knuckle boxing, and now calls fighting the part-time job next to her creator account. Musicians, athletes and women with entirely ordinary careers run those accounts, and their lives don't end over it.

People still talk. People always talked. The difference is that the door back into normal life stays open now.

The stigma is mostly gone. The money is bigger than it has ever been. And nearly every company in this industry is still built for only one small part of it.

Where the market stands

Three industries. Three ways to earn less than you could.

Every company you can sign with today belongs to exactly one of these three. And all of them get paid whether you do well or not.

01

Traditional model management

You compete against thousands of women for one job that pays you once. Hard conditions, you own nothing, and nothing you build keeps paying you later. You can have a career your family is proud of and still not be able to live off it.

Prestige without money
02

Influencer management

Your private life is the product. Real name, full face, everything public, and in return a small fee for posting flavored water. There is no way to do it under a second name, or quietly in another country.

Everything public, small money
03

OnlyFans agencies

They can make you money on one platform, and that is exactly where it stops. Brand deals, campaigns, everything outside that one app: all of it is lost, because nobody there knows how to sell it.

One platform, hard limit

Who we are

We don't pick a box. We take whatever pays.

NH Models is an international modeling and personal brand management company. We build careers for a very small number of women, and we are paid a percentage of what they earn.

The platform does not matter to us. Subscriptions, brand deals, campaigns, runway, a second market abroad under a different name: the road is a detail. Our job is to look at a person, figure out what she can realistically become, and then build it with a full team behind her.

We are unusually good at one specific thing: building a personal brand from zero. Not managing an existing audience, creating one. We have done it many times, and we can do it for anyone who works hard and looks the way this market pays for. Everything else is our problem, not yours.

You decide, not us

Your name or a stage name

Build under your real identity, or under one we create with you. Both work. One of them is simply harder to undo later.

Your country or another one

Some talent build at home. Others build a market abroad where nobody they know will ever see it. Your decision.

Your goal, not our template

Maximum income in three years, a runway you always wanted, a brand you can sell later. Tell us the goal and we plan backwards from it.

We are not a charity. We earn a percentage of what you earn, which means we have exactly one incentive: your income, as high as possible, for as long as possible.

The record

Few people. Big team. The numbers follow from that.

Most model agencies have hundreds of women on their list. Most influencer managements do the same. Most creator agencies just sign as many girls as possible, because quantity hides bad work. Sign enough people and one of them gets lucky, and then they use her as their example.

We run the opposite system. Very few people, an unusually large team behind each one. A mixed-gender team across Europe and the United States, working full time on one career instead of dividing their attention between two hundred. That is also why we say no to 96% of applications: we could not do this for hundreds of people, and we are not going to pretend we can.

How it starts

There is no application form.

Either you write to us, or our scouts write to you. Everything after that happens with a real person.

01

Contact

You send an email to talent@nhmodels.com, or one of our scouts reaches out to you directly. No forms, no automatic messages, no sales page.

02

Review

We look at your material, your market and what is realistically possible with it. This is where most people hear no, and they hear it clearly instead of never getting an answer.

03

Conversation

A real call first: your goals, our plan, the numbers behind it and the terms in writing. Then we meet in person. You sit with the people who would actually run your career, see how we work and ask everything you want, before a single page is signed. Nobody signs anything on the same day.

04

Build

Your positioning, your name, your market, your content plan, your platforms and your partnerships. Your team is assigned and the work starts, most of it on our side.

05

Scale

Every month we check the plan against the real numbers. What works gets more people and more money. What does not work gets stopped. That is the whole job.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks first.

How much work is it, really?
More than a side project, and less dramatic than quitting everything tomorrow. Most of our talent start next to a job or their studies, and let the income decide how fast it grows. Over time this should become your main work, because that is where the real money sits, but that shift happens when the numbers make it obvious, not on day one. Our team handles strategy, marketing, negotiations, admin and the daily work on the platforms. The part nobody can do for you is standing in front of the camera, week after week. We build it so that a few strong years pay for the rest of your life, and nothing in life is free unless you win the lottery.
Do I have to do OnlyFans?
No. Some of our talent do, some don't. We look at what actually pays in your specific case and build that. If the answer is campaigns and brand partnerships, that is what we build.
How visible do I have to be?
Exactly as visible as you decide, and that choice is one of the main reasons people come to us. Real name or a stage name. Your home market or a market abroad where nobody you know will ever see it. Face shown or not shown. We build around the version you pick, and we tell you from the start which decisions you can change later and which ones you cannot.
Do I need a following already?
No. Building from zero is the thing we are best at. An existing audience makes it faster, it doesn't make it possible.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Starting costs you nothing, ever. We work on a percentage of what we generate for you — if you earn nothing, we earn nothing, which is the only arrangement in this industry that keeps a company honest. The exact split depends on where you start and how much of the build is on our side, so it is discussed openly and fixed in writing with you before you sign anything.
What are you actually looking for?
Two things, and neither can be faked: work ethic, and how you look on camera. We are direct about the second one, it is the business we are in. Everything else can be learned, and we teach it. It is also why 96% of applications end in a no. Every talent gets a full team, and that only works if we work with very few people.
Who exactly am I working with?
A mixed-gender team across Europe and the United States. Not an anonymous group chat. You will know every person working on your career and you can reach them around the clock.
What if I want out?
Every detail is in the contract you sign before we start working together, and we go through it with you line by line before you sign. There is no lock-in clause. A contract can be ended at any time. And long before it ever gets to that point, you pick up the phone and we talk, because a problem we know about is a problem we can fix.
